A Local band will open with a Bon Jovi Tribute band to follow. A DJ from the metro area will keep things hopping between sets. Lady Danville is the headliner opening band and Jack’s Mannequin is the Headliner band. Festival is a collaboration of Oneonta (SUNY) and Hartwick College. Carnival on Main St. during the day. Carnival & Concert events are free and open to everyone in our community. Donations are collected and given to local charities.
